GENERAL INFORMATION ON INSERTS
ADVERTISING AGENCY GUIDELINES: Insert rates are non-commissionable for agencies and brokers. To receive
commission agencies should add 17.65%.
BUNDLING REQUIREMENTS: Preprinted material should be delivered to The Flyer in bundles or turns of 200.
DEADLINES: Material must be delivered to a mailroom specified by The Flyer by 5pm on Friday preceding the week of distribution. Receiving hours are Wednesday 6:00AM-5:00PM, Thursday 6:00AM-11:30PM, and Friday 6:00AM-5:00PM. Any deliveries for times other than those listed above require approval from Trucking supervisor.
DISCOUNTS: Discounts are based on weekly volumes.
ESTIMATED COST AND FINAL CHARGE: Price is based on weight of material to be inserted and is calculated after receipt of shipment at our mailroom.
MECHANICAL SPECIFICATIONS: Postal indicias may appear on reply cards. Anything other than a conventional printed piece must be submitted for approval one week prior to deadline.
PREPRINTED PIECES (Tampa Bay Area): The Flyer Magazine will insert your preprinted advertisement and mail it with The Flyer Magazine . Inserts and payments for inserts must be delivered to our warehouse at 201 Kelsey Lane, Tampa, Florida 33619 by 5pm Friday preceding the inhome date. All inserts are subject to weight verification, and may be charged a higher rate if paper stock is HEAVIER THAN 30# NEWSPRINT. Maximum acceptable size is 10 3/4quot;x12quot;. Odd shaped insert pieces must be pre-approved. Any oversized preprint may be subject to a folding charge. Prices quoted are per thousand.
