The Flyer was launched in 1977 when Dick Mandt and Judy Mandt had the idea to start a direct mail local shopper in the Westchester area of Miami with a circulation of about 20,000. 40 years later, we’re still going strong and still committed to the same principles we were committed to 40 years ago. We’re still passionate about our mission to connect buyers and sellers and bring the best local values to our Customers wherever they are.
The Flyer joined Clipper Magazine’s family of publications in 2018. Our publications now reaches over 1.6 million households, serving 6 counties in four major metropolitan markets across Florida.

The Flyer's circulation reaches over 600,000 households in Miami-Dade county, plus another 350,000 households in Ft. Lauderdale/Broward county, for a total of over 950,000 households delivered to in Southeast Florida. In The Tampa Bay area The Flyer is delivered to over 675,000 households within Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Hernando counties.
